of NSW is delighted to bring you Greek Fest 2005!
A day full of music,
dancing, food, sport, stalls, workshops, comedy and loads of other
exciting Greek Entertainment.
Also featuring the commemoration of Greek National Independence
Day.

It's A Mother

A night of short, sweet, bitter and twisted comic pieces about young (and
not so young) men and the love of their lives.
Zorba in Paris
Zorba was never actually in Paris as far as we know! And yet, in a sense,
he was born there! His creator, Nikos Kazantzakis, studied French at school
in Naxos and went to the French capital for postgraduate study in 1907-9.
We will recreate the atmosphere of
the Paris he knew through music, slides, brief talks, and readings.
Thursday Outings with Ana Sevo
Greek Community Seniors get together each year for an afternoon of laughing,
dancing, singing and food. Open to all Seniors.

Pan Hellenic Games
SAE Oceania has revived the Pan Hellenic Games to be held in Sydney in
March 2005 and to be held in a different Australian city every two years.

that result in freedom from anxiety and tranquillity.

The Greek Festival of Sydney and The Community Relations Commission are

of world music to the festival with BALCANO - an exciting fusion of Greek,
Serbian and Balkan Gypsy music and dance.
OMPHALOS
The Omphalos project is a multi-speaker sound installation and interactive
oracle. Omphalos is the Greek word for navel, and it is often used to
refer to the oracle at Delphi which was considered to be the navel
of the world in ancient times.

DREAMS FOR LIFE, the long awaited first feature by Melbourne based Greek
immigrant filmmaker
